The internet is filled with cats, and who doesn't love Christmas? Jingle Cats is a tribe for noobs and pros alike to join together and giggle at YouTube videos of kitties. There are no requirements, though I strongely suggest you don't recruit somebody who just joined 37 minutes ago.
