Tribe threads are required to have quite a bit more information in them in order to stay open such as the members, what particular rules your tribes has, what events it may have, a proper description of the tribe, who the leaders are, what server your tribe mostly plays in (such as EN/EN2), and how your ranks are set up, etc.

This is important because it gives your thread a much welcoming feelings and attracts possible new members. A lot of tribe threads also decorate their thread with banners.
