I live in California, which is supposed to get a lot of earthquakes, but I have yet to feel one. I've been through tiny ones, but I haven't even noticed. There hasn't been a big one in a while, so I'm sure the next big one is going to be huge.

Doitsudoitsu a dit :
not really, considering they're never occurred in England

Earthquakes occur in the UK every year, you just can't feel them because they're so feeble.
Never experienced an earthquake in Ireland (I probably did but they were most likely too weak to be significant) so I'm not worried about an earthquake or a tsunami destroying this tiny island any time soon :P

well there was that 5.9 earthquake on the east coast like 1-2 years ago, but it wasnt big of a deal for me. lost power for like 10 minutes and it sounded like there was an explosion. we thought the power plant downtown had an accident again.

I remember when the big earthquake in Washington happened (2001), I was very young and was in the bathroom at the time so after the earthquake I was scared to go into the bathroom again for a long time. I was like 4 at the time.

I think it was December of 2012 my city got an earthquake
It wasn't serious, very small and lasted a few seconds.
A minute later it was on the news.

Saskatchewan isn't even close to any areas that have earthquakes, and it's far away from the sea on both sides. The only thing we got to worry about is tornadoes and one hasn't been in my city for a long time.
