November 22, 1963 was the day the 35th president of the USA, John F. Kennedy (JFK for short) was assassinated.
Today is also the 50th year since he was assassinated.

The proper term to use would just be R.I.P to JFK.

Some Irish soldiers are playing at JFK's anniversary mass as JFK's wife requested it.
Sad to see anybody be assassinated like that but I hope his memory will always live on.

I had to research his brother for homework (who was assasinated in 1968). Then today in our history lesson, we learn't about him, we watched the video of when he was assasinated and videos after, like when one of the suspects was shot. I feel sorry for their family, 2 of their sons killed within 5 years of eachother (1963, 1968) :/ RIP

wow. I'm slightly disappointed only 19 people posted and honored JFK, considering he was a very important president. And out of those 19 posts, some of it was explaining "anniversary" and "Rip"
