i remember when this website was the bomb diggity back in like 2004-2006

I have wished I could've seen the before FF! D: So, I don't really know what "This" FF is, and the "Then" FF was.

well there was a much shorter amount of fanfictions and you could actually find good ones instead of an assortment of shit-fics and the community was much closer together
like it wasn't a read-and-run thing, people actually spoke to each other and there were popular people within fandoms and stories and it was just nice

now it blah and overcrowded and 99/100 fanfics are disgustingly terrible
and no one is close with the community so no one tries to help others improve cause its basically a lost cause
