If you mess up something important on purpose, cuss heavily OUTSIDE of that earlier-mentioned thread, or anything else terrible, you get a strike! Three strikes, embarassing rank! You get no permission with that rank!

To join, you need at least 100 cheese, one first, and you MUST love Hetalia~
We make a few exceptions, though.
If you have a friend you really want to recruit, but they don't have enough cheese, you CAN recruit them. The catch is; they'll stay as Sealand until they have enough.
