Regular Show (A more current show in Latin America and in Spain Stories) is an animated series for U.S. and originally created by American cartoonist JG Quintel premiered on September 6, 2010. The series revolves around two friends named Mordecai and Rigby, working in a park. Although Cartoon Network has stopped making Adult Swim, whose TV-PG rating, the series is considered in many ways an animated adult comedy instead of children.

Argument.

Two friends of 23 years old, a blue jay named Mordecai and a raccoon named Rigby working at a park and spend their days trying to get money and be entertained by any means. This much dislikes his boss, Benson, a rather irritable gum machine , along with their colleagues, Skips , a yeti immortal ; Pops ( Papaleta in Spanish ) , an old palette, whose father , Mr. Maellard , is the park owner , Muscle man ( Muscular in Latin America, musculoso in Spain ) , a green man , Hi -Five ghost ( Fantasmín or Fantasmano in Latin America, ghost Gimme Five in Spain ) , a ghost with a hand on his head , and Thomas, again park worker who is a goat. Mordecai also tries to impress Margaret (Margarita in Spanish ) , a female red cardinal , whom he is in love , whose best friend, Eileen , one beaver, is in love with Rigby. The show revolves around the problems caused by Mordecai and Rigby, which become strange and fantastic situations.

Script

The process of writing a script for Regular Show begins with the staff writers who play different types of writers "games" for inspiration to find an idea that they find enjoyable. Once an idea is approved , the premise of the episode is written and passed storyboard artists who created the dialogue. The writers strive to make conversations feel natural and relate to the audience, using examples from his own experience. The script is then shown to network executives that give notes on what to add or change ( in most cases ask the staff to give the language a friendly tone for the kids) . The plot usually begins with a problem that the characters must overcome. While the protagonists try to succeed in their task, magical or supernatural element appears strange and complicated the initial simple problem . The staff decided to follow this structure to add magical elements to the story in order to take advantage of the animation , despite maintaining these factors in relation to the center of the plot of the episode . The series is rated TV- PG- V . Cartoon Network Quintel said from the beginning that they wanted to " age up of TV- Y7 things we had been doing in the past. " This direction led the crew to take things as far as possible in that qualification, ie humor of the series is often aimed at adults with indirect references , drugs and alcohol, among other things. One of the reasons why the staff decided to use humor for adults is because they wanted to cater to both young and adult audiences simultaneously. Writers often make these more subtle jokes . The program also makes use of the sub - textual adult humor through music. One storyboard artist program , Calvin Wong , said enjoying the limitations set by writing to the show from the adult -oriented jokes that are approved are more satisfying . The plots of the episodes are influenced by writers and personal experience Quintel , such as making prank calls or accept a challenge to eat a restaurant. Animation

Each episode of Regular Show typically takes about nine months to complete. Quintel and his team of about 35 developed every episode on Cartoon Network Studios in Burbank, California. The storyboard is lively and is then mixed with the appropriate dialog to create the animatic , which is then sent to be approved by the network. Although the most modern animation has changed hybrid tablet / screen like the Cintiq , One Show has been described as "much more lo-fi " , and is traditionally hand- animated with digital ink and paint . Although Cintiqs was optioned to be used for the program, Quintel felt more comfortable working in the role , feeling that is more organic and more representative of the individual style of each artist. Board Artist Calvin Wong described " working tools such as pencils , pens, white boxes out and occasionally light and electric erasers .

Bit too late since the last season ended a good while ago

Good show nevertheless one of my favs unironically as I enjoyed it apart from the other modern CN crap that was ongoing,which apparently hasnt much changed nowadays apart from getting worse and worse.
