I watch a lot of horror games. (Pewdiepie, Markiplier, ect.)

Out of all the horror games you've watched/played, which one is scariest, in your opinion?

I've always been scared of SCP Containment Breach. x. x

Outlast.

Well, I dunno about /scariest/ however I happen to own a lot of those RPG horror games.
Misao, Yume Nikki, Paranoiac, Witch's House, Corpse Party, etc.
My personal favourites are The Crooked Man, Yume Nikki, and Mermaid Swamp.
EDIT: These are horror games that are free to get online. They're mostly all RPG maker games. They're all in that type of genre except the ones I crossed off.

Of course, console-wise, Silent Hill games are generally known for being scary. I own most of the Silent Hill games, but I've never really been scared by them before. The scariest thing is anticipation.
Fatal Frame is kinda scary, I guess.

EDIT: And no, Amnesia isn't really that scary imo. Is that wrong?

There's this one level in Half Life 2 where you're driving along some train tracks, and then you hear a train coming, and you have to quickly make a U-turn and outrun the train.

That was probably the only time I've ever felt any sort of fear or whatever from a video game.

Any Amnesia game is pretty scary

Slender I deem isn't scary, but I would have to say the game of My Little Pony. SCARY STUFF THERE
