Legendary Beast - Can do everything.

Ultra Rare Beast - Everything except Edit ranks and Exclude.

Rare Beast - Everything except Edit ranks, Exclude, and Chane member's ranks.

Unique Beast - Invite new members, Play music, Load map, Change tribe house map.

Uncommon Beast - Invite new members, Play music, Load map.

Common Beast - Play music, Invite new members.

Lil Beast - NOTHING.
