Have you developed a tendency that's hard to give up?

Okay let me start. :)

I have a bad habit of biting my lips. I understand how it's wrong to continuously do it, but sometimes I can't help myself.

What's yours?

Bad habits eh, well I'm too nice to people. No but seriously I grind my teeth all the time '-'.

Biting my lips. I've tried to hard to stop but I keep doing it. I'm biting them right now too.. ahah..
And sometimes I'm just too nice to people.
Biting my nails is another bad habit I have-- mainly because I keep forgetting to cut them.
