I hardly get angry but I usually try to stay calm and let it go, depending on what it is. I try to keep a consistent tone when speaking so it doesn't show.

I start being really assertive, too assertive if you ask me.

i either get extremely quiet, get passive agressive in my speech, or if it's someone whos mad me mad over and over again and everything piles up, i snap and just say everything

I curse in spanish, yup.
