-Windows XP/7/8/Vista/etc.-
Windows has been known (or have though) to be the first operating system used to create virtual compressed images, or documents for the white house. [If you are interested in seeing the site, please go to www.whitehouse.gov!] WIndows continues to grow, blooming into the wonderful WIndows 8, that has been used on brand new laptops that Microsoft has provided. WIndows has been supported by Mac for all the years.

-Linux/Linuxmint/Ubuntu-
Linux was also one of the common uses of operating systems for different types of smart and complicated codings. As Linuxmint has been created, Linuxmint is actually BASED off Ubuntu, building off of what Ubuntu's main core was. Many Linux users actually learn coding and the Terminal system that is built in once Linuxmint has ben downloaded and compressed onto a computer's hard-drive and database, bringing up the all mighty Ubuntu/Linuxmint window.

-Mac/iOS-
As for you all know that the Ipods, Ipads, Iphones, etc. are actually based off Mac. (Information may be inaccurate as far as I'm concerned.) Since Mac has been released, many computer geeks tamper with Mac's amazing utilities and application services provided within it, giving a extrordinary experinces with the new gaming apps that are given! As the news that has been given out, Mac has been supporting Windows all of these years that Windows has been dealing through.

You ALSO fail to mention the fact that Apple is based off of Unix.

Staying on topic, my choice is Linux. I've been running it for ten years now.

I know right? As soon as I went to WIndows 8, I was lost. I was used to the good ol' Windows 7, XP, etc.

I recently got a new laptop, like last week, and I had such a hard time finding Windows 7. I /hate/ Windows 8. It looks like my phone.
My phone set-up (It's a Nokia Lumia)

It's just too big of a change for me.

My all time favorite operating system is Windows XP.
I have Windows7 right now, it's pretty good too.

i only use w7, but theres the different version of it
windows 7 starter is SHIT. i have it and you barely get any customization on it. cant even change themes.

i just hate XP with a burning passion, i cant handle it.

Quite sad, I'm the only one who prefers Mac?
I like the style, speed of them, and how (for me, at least) it rarely lags even though I have thousands upon hundreds of downloads. It's also pretty easy to use, for me.

No worries, I prefer mac when playing Minecraft.

Windows Vista and 8 are garbage, XP is god tier- 7 isn't bad.

Currently running Xubuntu Linux on a dual boot to save this aging netbook, though it has many compatibility issues.

Can't believe they're dropping support for XP ;_;
