I would create House MD- the pixel game. You play in a birds eye view like in pokemon or WCUT as House and with 100 points. Points buy you Meds for House, (as he is sick in the Tv show) or if you dont give house his medication for up to 40 days, he gets very sick and dies, and you must start the data over. You can also buy new characters, and medicine for rare diseases. If you fail to treat more than 30 patients, you get fired. Days on the video game converted to real life are about 15 minutes. House has his own home, you can go to the door of the hospital to go home to sleep or eat. A warning pops up on the corner of the screen if a patient is struggling breathing, dying, or other similar symptoms. There will be minigames in it where house fucks around with the patient- like people like in the tv series where they over react over small symptoms and you can screw around with these, then a little screen shows up what to give them, which most of the time it will be a clever trick like in the tv series. Example: Man says he is very sick, a minigame mission to you is assigned to sneak a medication bottle, sneak money from James to buy white candies that look like medicine. See this patient in 10 days and see if hes better. Get points for success! I really liked this idea.
