It takes place in a very polluted China. Stars haven't been seen for years on end due to the smog and pollution. Idealists whom have dreams and hopes light up the skies with lights replicating stars every night. A spirit-lifting, enlightening and heart warming story well written and drawn.

Will the Idealists light up all of China's night skies? Or will they come to face reality?
