I was just wondering if anyone owned any rats and their expieriences with them!

YES i have blackie shes a female black colored rat she lives at home with me.

I've never actually owned any, but we had three mice as class pets along with 2 corn snakes, 6 hamsters, and a bearded dragon.

Aww same i wish my pet rat rattata can live more than just 2 years.

I had 2 hamsters does that count? Biscuit and Brownie... they both died, Brownie was ran over and Biscuit was too old

Rats and mice aren't disgusting! Rats are very intellegent rodents. Very good companions, too. V

i've never had rats or mice because they are disgusting plus i've always had cats

I just kept the cage in my room and kept the door closed at all times. That might help.

yes i have a rat her name is Vanilla but i call her Nella.She had a friend named Cookie but she sadly passed.Nella is almost a year old from when we got her. She lives in a cage in my living room at my house. And my cat doesnt really mind or care about my rat xD

In my school when I was in 2nd grade, we have two white rats, Rosy and Brain, they had babies and everyone in the class got one..
