I don't get WHY it's different??? In the UK, they spell it Mum. I don't get why I can't say it's Mum's Day?

I wrote a small song in korean and I'm planning on typing up the lyrics and printing it out on nice paper and framing it for her, along with a picture of us. I hope she'll like it <3
