Considering Transformice has been out the longest (thus having the most development), my votes going for Transformice.

The other games just lack development, updates/patches, a decent player-base, and so on. I'd give the other games a few years (If they even make it past a year. -cough- Bouboum -cough-) before really developing a strong opinion.
