I love subtitles

The title is a bit misleading.

"How do you like your anime?" should be the title in my opinion.
You spelled Japanese wrong in the second choice.

I prefer to watch it in Japanese with English sub-titles. English dubs don't have the emotion that Japanese voice actors can make. Plus the English dubbing companies seem to reuse voice acters that don't even have a wide voice acting range.

I usually watch the English Dub.
But if the series isn't completely dubbed, or if there's no English Dub at all, I watch the Japanese with subtitles.

I almost always watch the English Dubbed, but once I watched Pokemon X/Y episode 1 in Japanese and I was laughing my lungs out. XDDD
They spoke so quickly and so squeaky, Ash sounded almost like Pikachu, kinda like that Growlithe episode where Jessie & James used gas to change their voices. XDDD

They kinda sounded like Chipmunks, like from Alvin & the Chipmunks. XDDD

Other (than english) language dubbed?

but I usually just use english subtitles unless the dub is actually really, reall y good. (or if I'm watching it with my brother, who can't read fast enough >:()

Mostly Japanese dub with English subs, maybe occasionally some English dub. I don't really understand why people treat English dubs like it's the Antichrist, but there are still some pretty good dubs. I still prefer subs. potato

I prefer dubs, but they usually don't sub the text in a dub, so I find myself watching subs more.

For some animes the first one I watch is the english dub (Pokémon, YuGiOh!), for others like SAO I watch english subbed first.
