I don't do anything no matter if it's a noob or pro. Except for new shamans, I try to encourage them and say something like 'it was a nice try' and stuff. If it's an older player, they're probably already used to the fact that they may make mistakes. Being a 'pro' doesn't mean you can't make a mistake.
