Im doing the exact opposite of what you're doing

The opposite of what youre doing, and then the opposite of that, but then you twist it to the opposite of that of what youre doing, but then it also turns to the opposite of that, then it is the opposite of this, but then again it turns around and does the opposite. Can you find out what I’m doing?
