PokeMMO is a downloadable game, that uses Fire Red to play that story, but you can play it with a lot of friends, so you wont be forever alone without friends to trade with alone in your own story!
the game does not change a little on gameplay terms, but, you can see all your pokemon's IVs and EVs without using tools,so let's say this is a online pokemon game like all others
