Anyone use this program?

I've been using it for over a year now and it's amazingly helpful. In case you're too lazy to find out what it does, in short it creates a fake hard drive (known as a sandbox) which is isolated from your real hard drives. Running programs in the sandbox won't affect your real hard drives.

Anyhow, if you don't have Sandboxie yet, I highly recommend you to check it out!

Sandboxie is not spyware. You'd benefit from Googling things prior to speaking.

They do have a point; you can never be sure it's not spyware when the source code is not available.

I Google'd 'Is Sandboxie spyware', and I saw no proof that Sandboxie is not spyware. Software is not inherently safe if it's popular; for example, see PRISM.
