Very simple, You name a virus or bacteria and such, and then you name a absurd or bizarre cure for the the next person to say wether they will take this cure an live, or perish. For example
(person 1) Ebola- cure roll around in spiders
(person 2) I'd rather die, Bubonic plaque- cure, jump off a cliff into a ocean with big rocks.
So on and so forth. Like real life, they most likely will have more than one cure, so diseases may be named more than once if you can't think of one. Also, i'm apologize in an advance if this offends anyone, it probably will.
