my brother went trick or treating and I earned candy at a festival so by the time we got home the table PILED with candy

trick or treat you get sleet

in other words
on halloween, it was rainy, windy, there was even sleet and it snowed a little bit
so i wasn't able to go trick-or-treating.
what a shame.
