| Do you need help with your forum or ingame avatar? Feel free to post what you need in this thread, and someone will assist you. This thread is for help resizing, cropping, editing, adding text to, flipping, and doing other touch-ups to existing images for your avatar. If you wish to request a new avatar entirely, you can look at the list of request threads.  How can I change my avatar? You can follow the following steps to change your current avatar. If the steps still don't work, you can contact a sentinel and ask them to change your avatar for you. 1) Go to your profile page. You can access this by clicking in your name at the top-right of the menu and then on "My profile".  2) Click on your username, or the gear next to your username. In the dropdown menu, select "Change avatar".  3) In the "Change avatar" section that is now displayed, you can click the button to choose a file to upload, select a file and press "Submit".  I went to change my avatar but it says "This page has timed out", why? Try using another web browser to upload your avatar - Mozilla Firefox seems to work for the majority of people. I changed my avatar but it's still the same, why? If you've successfully changed your avatar but it's still the same, you need to clear your browser cache. You can do this either by pressing CTRL+F5 on most browsers, or find specific instructions for your preferred browser at refreshyourcache.com What are the requirements for an avatar? Avatars must be no bigger than 512kb (previously 30kb), and it's recommended that the image is 100x100 pixels in size. Can I help others out in this thread? Yes!
