So basically, this is a 3 way game, one person says a situation, then someone suggests "Kaboom?!? :D" Then the next person says "No (The person who said kaboom's username), no kaboom..." and gives a reason for why no kaboom!

Example:
Person 1: The house is on fire!
Person 2: -grabs dynamite- Kaboom?!? :D
Person 3: No person 2, no kaboom, will only make the fire worse!
Person 4: Im being robbed!
Person 5: Kamboom?! :D
Person 6: No person 5, no kaboom, we shall not resort to violence.

And it goes on and on :D
