I would like to start doing TFM animations,and making one based off a song ^^

welll this may not be one of one of the best ways but i animate by just drawing all the frames in sai/any art program with layers and then converting them into a gif at iaza.

(in the art program, i just draw the frame, set the opacity to 10-50%, make a new layer and so on)

i use sai to draw all the frames, then i go on wlmm (windows live movie maker) to put all the frames together
