How do you usually greet someone? Like saying "Hello!" Or "How are you?".

In england its mostly 'Good morning/evening', 'Hello*and a smile*', or 'Sorry/Thank you'

I slap their ears or just say mo/moi, which is the usual Finnish greeting.

"Who the hell are you" If I don't know them,
"Hello there" if it's someone I know

I like to scare my friends when I see them. I run to them, give them a hard push in the back or tummy and yell KBOOM HELLO. Or if they are sitting I cover their eyes and say Guess who

To someone I don't know: "Hello! I'm _____, nice to meet you!" (I put _____ instead of my name. In real life, I'd say my real name.)
To someone I do know: "Heya! How've you been lately?"
To someone I do know who I haven't seen in a while: "Heya! I haven't seen you in FOREVER. How have you been?"

To my friends, Yo! or Hey!
To people i don't know a polite little hello

When its my worst enemy i say "Hey you! Ruin somebody else's life!!"
When its my mother or older guys I always say "Hello ^_^"
