Anyone else trying to collect Amiibo?

I'm just trying to get as many of the Smash Brothers ones as I can. It's already too late to go for them all. If I had enough money I'd go for all of the Super Mario ones when they come around.

I intend to buy King Dedede, Mega Man, Ness, The Dorf, Pac-Man, and Game & Watch. Till they release another line that calls for my wallet to go through all kinds of hell again of course.

Nice collection. A lot of those are Amiibos I really have interest in, however the scalpers beat me to them. It's a shame most of the good Amiibo are rare in my town.

I feel the same about the wallet thing. Nintendo knows how to attract people's money.

What about Sheik makes you on the fence? I'm assuming you're gonna sell it to make a quick buck.

No, it's just that I wanted some of the other ones, but this one is rare and it took all of my money. I meant on the fence on whether to return it or not to get another one, sorry for the confusion.

I REALLY hope that once the protest in Cali is over and ships come in we'll get all of the amiibos in a good quantity, and also so scalpers will get a massive middle finger from Ninty. Fuck scalpers.

I just opened Sheik, glad I have that burden off my chest.

My local GameStop only got ONE Shulk, and it was already preordered. Now I'll have to wait until May...

Sure hope that nothing more happens in California so we can get all the Marth amiibos without the silly faces. I also got a message from Gamestop saying these two came in.



They won't go on the shelf, they'll stay on my desk after I get rid of all the dust on it. I kinda got worried when I picked them up because the employee had to check when I pre-ordered them. Thought I was one of the late ones and got brushed off for early birds but thankfully I was one of the first people to pre-order the super fighting robot and the giant texas penguin.

Least he had it better than Shulk did, mass production does that to ya.

The creator of that video actually said that it looks really nice from a side angle, and that it just looks goofy from the front. Also, I got Sanic. Woo.

Most amiibos look great at an angle, but the goofyness is off the charts from the front. Perfect characters like Ness, Samus, Rosalina, etc. are amazing by any angle.

Luigi and Sheik look really nice from any angle, but Bowser and Sonic (who I am just finding out is extremely rare) look quite hilarious from the front.
