I realized how lucky I was after giving it some thought today. I usually don't think about it, but now that I do, I realize that I am a very fortunate person, being able to access the internet, access clean water, have a roof above my head, somewhere to call home. To have parents who love and care for me, to have such a wonderful sibling, however annoying he may pose at times. I am grateful for all the fantastic friends I have, they're just... fabulous! As much as I dislike the amounts of work and tests that come with it - I'm thankful that I can go to school and receive an education - so many out there may be unable to do so!

We are filled with complaints in our lives. We complain about how our life is terrible, how that girl who we met the other day was just plain nasty. Take this moment to reflect on your life, and perhaps, for once in your life: don't spill out the complaints! Think about what you have right now and find something to be grateful for.

My best friends, Echo and Colin. I really want to be their best friends for forever,, like even in my 60s.
Me and Colin are a grade above Echo so he and I will be out of school before Echo. Me and Colin are gonna do stuff in high school like go to the homecoming dance, and get our licenses.. we're gonna see if all of us three could work with Echo's dad, but I have a plan that if he can't, we could work at the Humane Society that's outside of my mom's work. If you don't know what it is, it's like a pet adoption center..

i'm grateful for my nuclear family, most especially: my eldest brother and my mother. i strongly believe that i was very lucky to have them here, they love me and i love them back. though i hate my dad, yes i am still grateful. i don't want to lose them even though it's inevitable.

I suppose I started to stop and think about water once we did a thing about the world water crisis at school and read the book long walk to water

Well it was one of the videos that appeared on my mind after reading OP. The point of what am saying instead of complaining that youre 'born in the wrong generation', it could of been worse as I mention the tech and wars since there weren't such convenient tech and also didn't had to hear of any war. Meant in that sort of way why I found that video relevant
