It's national pet day here in the United States, so what better way to celebrate than to share some pics of our pets?
Not all of my pets, but just a handful of pics I've taken over the months.

Not shown is my other fluffy and fat black cat, black lab x german shepherd, my grey parakeet, my other two ball pythons, and my crested gecko. (My other pets have their own thread though where you can find pics of all of them - except the dog and the other cat - here.)

So does anyone else here have their own pets they want to share? :)

I own two pet chickens, Galbenica(translated as Yellowy) and Negrut(Blacky). Galbenica is a cute yet naughty girl, I can say she's very hyper XD. Negrut is a boy, he's very calm and oftenly sleepy, he's a bit lazy. They both are adorable!
Since we live in a flat, we don't have grass or those things for them, but we have a holiday house and on weekends, we take Galbenica and Negrut there and let them in the grass all day. The holiday house has a big yard with a lot of flowers so yep :D
They both are 4 weeks old, we bought them from one of mom's friends, an old woman who was selling chicken eggs, chicken meat, pillows with feathers and chickens themselves. We bought them with a cheap price, and she also gave us a lot of food for them for free.
They are some strange breed, I can't say it in english, and they don't eat normal food chickens eat. It's special food we buy from the vet. They are also allowed to eat grass, bugs, worms and any yummy insect they find at our holiday house.
We have a large box with newspaper inside it as a flooring, they sleep in there at night. I added some old blankets to make it more comfy. We have a large bath tub for babies, my mom used it when I was a baby and I couldn't use the big bathtub. Now we use it as kind of a playground for Galbenica and Negrut, they have newspaper too, some of my toys(I have lots of toys, I selected some fun toys for them too and shared with them) and the space is quite large so they can have fun.
We also have a green cage for parrots, there we keep their food and water, and they sit on something like a grill, under it there's something that holds their poop and when we clean up the cage we simply take the thing with poop out and clean it. Hope you understood, I can't explain well in english.
Me and my mom oftenly visit the woman's house(the woman who sold us the chickens) and ask her for advice about Galbenica and Negrut. She says that at 4 weeks old they should be able to fly like a parrot(they are another rbeed of chickens, that apparently flies i told you i cant explain in english).
However when I play with them in the large bathtub they ocasionally jump up and wave their wings, they can't fly. So it's either the woman is stupid or the chickens don't wanna fly.

At night, before they go to sleep at 7:00 PM, I oftenly put an old blanket on my lap and hold them on my lap, pat them, hug them. I taught them to climb on my arm and reach my shoulder like eagles, they also climb up my legs when I put my leg into the bathtub and reach my lap themselves. I also make them fall asleep quickly when I hold them because I keep them warm.

Idk how your parents allow you to have so many pets, guys, but I live with my mom and my grandma. My mom is a true animal lover, while my grandma hates animals. Well, she says she loves them, but she refuses to touch them, to feed them, to clean their poop, to hold them in her lap or anything else. So I don't believe her when she says she loves them.
My mom said she wishes we could have cats, dogs and other animals but when my mom brought a turtle in the house my grandma started screaming like a fucking maniac and threw tantrums like a 5 year old and cussed mom out for a few days. If she hates animals so much she should move the fuck in the holiday house or let us move away in the holiday house, I want to keep a lot of animals like my mom but she always stops us -_- "
When I'll grow up I'll get at least ten pets, dogs, cats, turtles, fishes, chickens, bunnies etc. and I really wish I lived in our holiday house because I have a lot of friends there, they all own different pets and bring them in our backyard and we all play together. I even told them about the national pets day and they were happy.
I like the flat we live in but I want a yard so we can keep a lot of animals, I'm a real animal lover :D
