Heres how you play.

Grab a piece of BLANK PAPER

On the top left put Yes and on the bottom right put Yes

On the Top Right Put No and on the bottom left put No
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now put 2 UNSHARPENED PENCILS

Put the pencils down make sure the middle one is kind of floating off the paper like its balanced

Now all you have to say are these words

The video is hardly believable with cameras closing in on the pencil, I began to think that they may have closed in on the pencils so they could move it with their hand at the back. Though there were parts of the video where everything seemed alright moving-pencil with exception.
But you know, I just thought that.
But I laughed whenever a vine where the person moved it themselves, beautiful.

I'm pretty sure when I see multiple videos of this; it just makes me feel that this is just a blatantly dumb Vine meme.

I just tried this and it didnt work-- The first time it did though, the second time it didnt
