Here in Quebec on 2015-06-19 we got a thunderstorm at 10PM and i heard a thunderclap that was so loud it was like a 2000 MHz static in my headphones, ouch.

there was once thunder so loud that my heart skipped a beat and i screamed when i heard it

can't say how loud it was, but i'd say somewhere close to 1500 or something ;-;

actually, loudest thunderclap ive heard was today, just a few hours ago!
i mean, i guess it wasnt THAT loud, but its louder than the few dinky thunderclaps in maryland. there were actually two massive ones, one right after the other. i thought the second was scarier tbh.

Anyways, I once heard a thunderclap so loud and I felt the ground shake... I was terrified. I don't remember when.

I live in a really hot place, so thunderstorms aren't too common. I was up late, reading, and suddenly it began to rain. So I was just nonchalantly reading, until, and I kid you not, from a window, I saw lightning strike a few feet away from my house. As the lightning touched the ground, it sounded like someone snapped their fingers, and this extremely loud thunderclap just explodes in the sky.
I jumped, it was so loud my heart just started racing. It actually scared me quite a bit, every time lightning flashed I was afraid it would happen again.
But I'm thankful the lightning didn't strike my house. >.<

I remember I was playing transformice during a storm around the time I first joined if I remember correctly
there was this thunderclap that sound like ginormous boxes/buildings collapsing onto the ground

but loud thunderclaps/storms aren't news here lol

Ugh i hate when these wake me up, i use to sleep with my mom. And that would always happen and i would clench on my mom. XD

There was a lot of thunder claps last night. After the lightning hit the thunder clap did then all our power went out for a second. it came back on though.
