Never played the original one, and can't now because it would play and look like crap, so I'm looking forward to the remake. If fans approve I'm definitely going to get it.

I'll just wait for the PC version. I'm too poor for a playstation 4. Not to mention the fact I blew my recent savings on Arkham Knight, Splatoon, and a Gamecube for Metroid Prime 1&2. heh, i'm a money waister

You should never judge an RPG by its graphics.

Hyped for this, but looking forward to FF15 more.

Graphics are just as important to me as gameplay so bad graphics immediately make me less likely to get interested in a game, and severely bad graphics are a deal breaker to me. It's also not just the graphics, a lot of people say the game handles badly now, so out of graphics, mechanics, and story, the only positive FF7 original has is the story and you need at least 2 of the 3 for me to consider playing the game.

Keep in mind that FF7 is on the original Playstation, so it's obviously not going to have "spot on" graphics. Also, the pre-rendered cutscenes actually look really nice for PS1, and there's more to a game than graphics. The thing I loved about FF7 was it's music, characters, and story. It's music was very beautiful and unique for it's time, the characters have unique personalities that we can relate to, and the story has a lot of depth to it and I think it makes up for it's flaws. I'm not saying you're wrong, though. Just stating how I feel on the matter.
