/nosupport. especially on a profile! On an individual post I understand, but... even then "dislike" options should not be included (it's one thing on a video, but individual posts by people should not be a target for online bullying).

I don't see a problem in having a like button in posts. Likes don't make things a popularity contest unless you see it that way, they could mean anything from "I agree with what this person said" or "This person was helpful" or just "This post made me giggle like a little girl to myself for 20 minutes" or whatever someone wants.

Personally, I like the way that likes allow you to show your appreciation for a post when you have nothing to say, and replying to it would just be spammy.

Profiles however, I think would be better off without one since that would generally equate to showing if one person is more popular over another.

Could actually be very useful in terms of suggestion posts, if it were implemented. I think a "like" button would be a good addition.

Oh this is where my thread went. Moved without telling me :/

There's no problem with liking profiles, and its not a composition. But i see what Shamousey says.
Although i would not like like buttons on posts, it will just be like the Cafe

but a lot of people enjoy abusing, and on the café there is a dislike fairy, which could happen here, so I'm still /half support
