More like IRC chatbox
Rather than chatting with comments.

You can be able to wishper your friends ,tribe mates And other people.

Those who abuse the chatbox will be muted in fourms or in chatbox.

And it will be a mix between transformice chatbox and the IRC chatbox.

What can probably be done is to add the Rizon application onto the forum. Like as one of the buttons on the bottom of the forum/site.

IRC is linked from place to place in certain threads, and is also one of the buttons on the side menu of Transformice's main site. If the IRC client were to be added onto the forum as a link on the bottom, it probably won't be announced and as result won't gain a lot more traffic, but at least some more. There's a forum button in-game that gets a lot more attention, I don't think an IRC button needs to be added in-game though.

As for an IRC-like chat that has these options:

• Being able to chat with people
• Has the option to whisper/query people
• Has a friend list option to see which friends are online the chat [?]
• Has a tribe chat channel
  

IRC has the ability to do most of not all of this. Some of these channels might be dead, but there's #Transformice, #TransformiceFR, #TransformiceES, #TransformiceTR, #TransformiceBR, #Tfmsents, #Mapcrew, etc. Web browser versions probably don't do this, but external clients have options to see when specific people log onto IRC, kind of acting like a friend list.You can create a random channel with /join #channelname, you can probably make your own tribe chat channels.

You can also do this stuff in-game without having to collect cheese.
