I try to do it, and it says. "You need to be connected to do this."

Maybe changing can solve the problem.
It's a Server problem, of course. But... Who knows?

Actually, most of the times it's an Internet issue.
The rest it's just a bug. Try using a different browser, or try looking out for the images you're trying to put, that simple stuff. May solve it.
