This game is one I play on other forums and I haven't seen it here yet. If it is here please lock and post so we can play it!

The game is easy. All you do is rate a player above how popular they are in the game or forums. If they are someone you seen a lot and many people have seen, you give them a high rate. If they are someone who is unknown, they get a lower rate.

Use this thread to find some new friends too, people with low rate might not have many friends in game :)

Example:

I post this thread, and person below rates me 5/10 for popularity.
The next person posts about them. And so on.
