I'm not a vegetarian, but I prefer not to eat cows and/or red meat. What do I do?

I'm sure I've tried steak before but I can't remember if I ever even liked it, knowing me though I'd either want it Medium or Well Done, but I'm not sure :( I don't like rubbery meat but I also don't like dry meat @_@

any suggestions?

Yeah, medium or medium rare is probably the way to go if you dont want it too dry or too rubbery. Plus, both taste amazing
Although personally I dont like well-done. It just seems like burnt steak to me, too dry and tough. But hey, everyone has different tastes

Medium to medium well is the best. Well done will be dry.

I like both Medium well and Medium rare, but I prefer Medium well.
