I fucking LOVE ovos with salt. Ripe, unripe, I dont really care as long as I have salt to go along with them. I specially love it when theyre still babies and they dont have a seed yet, because you just bite right in.
It's best when you put them in a jar, fill it with water, and pour a bunch of salt right in. Wait a day, and those suckers are ready to snack on. The salty water will be absorbed by then and theyre goddamned TASTY

Salt is excellent on vegetables, green beans and Brussels sprouts in particular.

Chips and boiled eggs. For the most part I'm not a big fan of salt.
('Chips' means 'french fries' in British English just to clarify)
