i'm not seeing any threads about it whatsoever so i thought i'd make one.
apparently recently the server for i think en2, maybe other servers, moved to being hosted in Canada so i figured i'd ask how it's changed everyone's ping who plays.

for me, mine's gone up massively, it's not unplayable sometimes but damn it's up there
i'm also still not sure if this is permanent or not since i wasn't around for any admin announcements in-game and like i said, conversation about the change is sparse so i'm a bit in the dark

My ping is reduced by half, and this step is Really making me hope that the idea of an Asian server comes soon to be honest. I didn't think it'd happen but now I have a renewed faith haha

Tbh my ping used to be from the 100-200 and now it's around the 60's and I'm like what???? And other times, it gets to 400-600 which isn't bad, just really glitchy, but I just have to restart the game and my ping will be fine again.

my ping went up by over 10 times so i'm less enthused, but it seems to fluctuate sometimes
sometimes my american friends have pings below 50 and mine is over 100, sometimes my ping goes back to its normal 11ms, other times theirs is over 100 and mine is below 50 and other times still mine is over 1000

i still have no idea what's going on, are there supposed to be other servers as well, closer to where i live? i really don't want to have to move to en1

I personally don't care much for it, but I still hope they implement more servers in other places.

Ping has gone from 20-25 to 100-120. So quite a fair difference (In the UK as well like others)

My ping has gone from 20-30 to now mostly 40-80.

my ping used to be 30-60 since im in UK

but now it's 130

my ping was 20 now over 100

but this chance only affects puffin to me :)
