I've noticed that sometimes, if you quote a post, their username turns lower case for some reason.
For example, "Phonemouse" would turn to "phonemouse."
No idea when it occurs, though. Maybe if you copy a quote or the page refreshes, or if it's an old post that's been edited, and changes when you refresh the page.
