The Pack of Horntand

We're the revolution of packs. We never leave behind any tracks. We will rule the forest with clean paws. No blood needs to be shed for unworthy cause. We are Horntand, the pack of strength, not fear. We lead this forest, our voices are near.

In the mists of the night, you hear the cry of a dog. More cries fill your ears, and you know what this is. A pack...nearby. The silvery white moon in the sky seems to call to you, with the voices of the moon completing the forest. The cool nip on your nose... the chill on your toes, they all seem to tell you to move forward, find this pack. You then spot a flash of dark brown and black. A large, furry canine blocks the moonlight. A deep, soothing voice calls out, "Why are you on Horntand lands?" You shiver in slight fear, but the voice sounds non-threatening, easing your mind. "I-I... didn't know..." You say quickly, still slightly afraid of the large shape. The Newfoundland chuckles, "Do not fear, come with me, my friend. Welcome to Horntand."

The Backstory:
This was once a group of canines that revolted against a larger dog pack led by a brutal leader. The evil Alpha would, every month, kill off one of the lower dogs in his pack to take out their canine teeth. He'd then have a pile of canines to show the pack to move up the ranks as quickly as possible. His brutal behavior came to an end at the revolution Alpha caused. He called themselves Horntand, or corner-tooth, to resemble all the canines who died for the leader and lost their teeth. The pack destroyed the leader and all of his followers that would not give up and they went off into their own pack, being the new canine rulers of the forest. Alpha didn't take his leadership for granted, but he kept a lot of the traditions of the old pack. Except he doesn't lead the pack with fear, he leads the pack with intelligence.

Rules:
1. Respect all ranks except the Omega. You can treat Omega however you wish. They were granted the Omega position for a reason.
2. The Alpha's word is code. Unless she asks for your input, keep quiet and listen. The Beta as well, demands respect.
3. When around allies, do not speak unless spoken to.
4. When the leader is serious, so are you! This goes with the Beta as well! You get one warning.
5. Sparring means no injuries inside of the spar (training fight) is taken outside of the spar. Fighting in general is outside of the spar, therefor injuries are present.
6. You may challenge any position. If you challenge the Alpha and lose, you will be Omega. If a lower position challenges a higher, and wins, the higher position member now trades positions in the pack. For example, if Jo is Omega and challenges Hi, the Beta and wins. Hi is now Omega and Jo is then Beta. If a member with a mate challenges Alpha, the mate is allowed to challenge Beta for that position.
7. You must call Alpha "Alpha", Beta "Beta, and Omega "Omega". All other names are the name of the character.
8. Your mouse must either be default or look like your character, even if barely.
9. You must be a dog. You can be a wolf-dog hybrid, but it must be a dog.
10. Finally, do not kill or maim any member of the pack, not even Omega. You can injure each other, but keep in to a minimum and for a reason, or you will be punished.

1. You MUST be a roleplayer.
2. You MUST actively roleplay once a week, at least!
3. You MUST be mature, I don't care if you're 9. If you can spell and know proper grammar, as well as can be serious and mature, you're welcome.

Alpha x1
Leader of the pack. High respect demanded.
Alpha - A large dark brown and black male Newfoundland with dark brown eyes. He looks older, but healthy and fit. He has dark markings on his body, with tints of grey here and there. He's very bulky and looks extremely strong, yet not too fast. His voice is very deep with a slight "older" tint to it and a strong Swedish accent.


Beta x1
To-be leader of the pack. Co-leader. High respect demanded.
Beta - A mid-sized short furred Tesem with black fur and large, pointed ears. Wide, amber eyes.


Gammas x3
Messengers of the pack. High respect demanded.
(Name undecided) - Black, brown, and white long-furred husky wolf mix female with a right white eye and a left gray eye.

Hawk - Australian Cattle dog. A mix of a light-ish brown and a grey-black colour. His grey body fades into his orange-ish legs. His claws are sharp, but very small. He has tall, larger ears. His tail is fairly short, but noticeable. His eyes are thin, amber eyes.

Spy on enemies and whatever else needed. Only gender named due to secrecy. Respect.

Hunters xinfinity
Hunt and battle for the pack. Respect.

Patrollers xinfinity
Patrol the territory, and watch the pack camp at night (taking turns). Low respect.
Spike - Tan, curly-furred labradoodle with dark brown eyes and a thin posture.

Snow - Female German Shepherd Husky mix with dark brown eyes.


Mother-dogs xinfinity
Mothers of the pups. Will stay a mother-dog until the pups become a new rank, then will return to their previous rank. Respect depends on previous rank.

Pups xinfinity
The dogs under 1 year old. They have no particular jobs aside from staying out of the way. Low respect.
Ruff - Red female husky with rough fur and bright blue eyes. - No mother


Omega x1
The punished members of the pack or weak. Can also be old members unable to work anymore. No respect.
Toxic - Albino German Shepherd Wolf mix with long, soft fur and dark red eyes.

Ranks have been filled in. We need hunters, patrollers, and gammas. As well as Mother-dogs to adopt these pups, you can volunteer if you are female to care for the pups. Aside from that, Omega is to take care of the pups. -April 6, 2016

Remember, the Alpha does not have to be there to start roleplay. You can start it yourself, whether you are Beta or even Omega. Even a pup can start roleplay. Just begin, and others may join in.

Goodluck. Me and Keiralife created the first Pack tribe, and It was a huge success. (Until it got hacked) So this will be a good idea.

Actually, in Survivors, there are no healer dogs. So, no healer dogs will be in this tribe.

Roleplay Example: Fly tasted the air, looking round the unknown territory, she was starving, where was everyone? Her vision was blurred as she padded the forest floor. Yes! Fly thought as she saw a dead mouse, she sniffed it carefully before picking it up and ripping the flesh off it, she was quite picky about what she ate and preferred to bury the head due to what her mother had told her as a pup Every creature always dies, once dead, if a part of them is buried they will turn into a tree, the leaves will form food for the prey- *BANG* A pup ran into Fly and awoke her from her afternoon nap "Hey, watch where you're running!" Fly barked to the clumsy child "Yes! Sorry!" the pup scampered off to chase after a sibling.

Hope I get my desired rank, they seem like an interesting character to play as.
