Uh, yeah. Although, to be fair, they're still admittedly more popular in the U.K. than they are in the U.S.

In 2012, Little Mix released their debut album, DNA, which went on to make the Billboard Top 5 in eight countries. This made theirs the first girl group since the Pussycat Dolls to have a debut album in the Top 5 in the U.S. They also broke the Spice Girls' record for highest-charting debut album from a British girl group.

In 2014, Little Mix released their sophomore album, Salute (released in 2013 in the U.K.), which became their second Billboard Top 10 album. SPIN named it one of the best pop albums of the year, cementing the group's ability to combine catchy pop hooks with musical substance (so take that, music snobs).
