Recruit only those who are age 13+ with an 1 month-old account and 200+ gathered cheese on their profile, as of 15 Sep 2016 (those who have joined before this date are an exception). 6. Any Tribe Council members and above can edit ranks to help members obtain their custom ranks. Only create a rank if a member as for it. 100. TFM general rules and regulations still applies.
