As far as I can tell, this is simply because a post she made was created in a private board and moved to a public one (and it only adds to a user's post count based on the conditions when the post was created). It's still a minor bug, but it's not the same drastic case as before.

So this bug happens only for admins, because only them who have the private board as Shamou said?
