Description : All qualified racers are welcomed.
Pophoptop will review their profile at the time they are
online, and decide their admissibility.

Ranks : Racer (leader; all privileges)
Deputy Racer (all privileges, except editing the ranks)
Marathoner (can invite new members; can play music; can load a map [/np @code]; can change the members' ranks)
Sprinter (can invite new members; can play music; can load a map [/np @code])
Runner (can invite new members; can play music)
Jogger (can invite new members)
Starter (no privileges)

For those tribe members who eagerly seek advancement,
a climb to the level of 'sprinter' is readily achievable.
