the way you play this is theres a gap you want to cross and theres a bridge across the gap first person says something like

player 1:i use jetpacks to cross the bridge

player 2:your jetpacks run out of gas

player 2:i grow wings and fly across

what you do is invent a way the person above you idea fails and then invent a way to try to get yourself across
anyway i will start

i build a plane and fly across

I use my WEEGEE POWERS to fly across the bridge, theres water in the bottom of the bridge, but im also part of the band "Basshunter"
