Don't you hate it when...

Do you hate it when someone complains about a song? Saying something like, "wow, you actually like this? -.-" or "BOO THIS SONG SUCKS", and when you say something like, "Well, people deal with your songs, the least you can do is not say anything about theirs", they get all defensive, say "Oh, I have a right to do this!" or "UGH WELL FREEDOM OF SPEECH, @#$!%"?

I just ignore them. They can voice their opinion, that doesn't mean I or anyone else has to care.

I just ignore it. Music is subjective and at the end of the day I can't find in myself to care about what someone said about a song I put on dancing cat game. It just doesn't matter.

I saw an instance of this early on in the game, where somebody said that this game was made only for electro songs.

This game is made for every genre of song, new or old, high or low pitched. Everyone has their own reasons for liking songs, and you wouldn't understand this unless you were the person themselves. Everyone has a right to play whatever they want, so long as it's not inappropriate. All tastes and genres are welcome.

No one actually payed attention to the person who put it on, they were literally "UGH WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO US, WE'RE NEW."
Like no, stop complaining. If you want to play your own songs quicker without a hard one in the middle, go to your training room.

Eeeeeh, they might be talking about the Autogen the game is using. Songs with absolute beats (like electro) are perfect for the autogen. Something that's like orchestrated or using elongated sounds will have the autogen produce a not so satisfactory stepchart

Well, we have the right to voice our opinions. I, for one, absolutely despise NightCore, but I don't really complain about it THAT much. Well, I sometimes complain if by any means it's a really bad edit of a song and it's called a NightCore version ._.

I actually can't help but like it when people complain about my songs. Y'know my Mozart and national anthems and military music and other stuff made before the year 1900.
But yeah, there's absolutely no such thing as 'good taste'. Music is 100% subjective

I don't really mind it at all, anybody can say what they think. I know what they may say is sometimes rude, but that's just how people are. In a place where anybody can share what they like, there will always be a person who doesn't like it; that's just how it is. I think the game should really have its own rooms for particular kinds of music and have one room for all kinds, it might alleviate the problem a bit.

I don't mind any songs. I can play on mute just fine.
