Title explains it all.
Nekodancer compared to openITG nothing like each other except for how you play it you can just see the difference.

Well, Nekodancer is similar to DDR and all DDR clones imo.

comparing nekodancer to osu!mania

Well, they share a similar layout, you need to tap the notes in the column to the rhythm (even though nekodance ain't a rhythm game). However, osu!mania can do 5,6,7,8 keys and my just 4 and you can adjust the bpm. It is also a rhythm game so yeah.

Comparing Osu to step mania.
Sharing a similar layout along with attacks. Step mania is different as you can adjust the difficulty, as well as speed and its rhythm and you can use the dance Mats.

Felt like writing dis

lol the only game i know that is like DDR but wasn't MAINLY based off of DDR is openITG it's a DDR and ITG clone
but lol literally every rhythm game on newgrounds is either a BeatMania clone or a DDR clone lol Bemani is really popular apparently

Well.. i first arrived from 7 years of DDR/Stepmania/ITG. Not minding the awful youtube system and the double tap bug none can say Nekodancer can't compare to even DDR. I tried to add ddr songs... i was disappointd to no ends xD

This games brings hope though. Im sure The staff will get the means to make Nekodancer more competitive, there's multiple free sources of inspiration available! And it'll make those who can't understand the easyness of 280bpm understand how easy it can be

VERY BAD

I kept failing at the sixth stage. (not the final I'd have to say; I may mean yes but by a certain condition i'm worried about)

3 minutes song

Nekodancer: about 100 - 400 combos on average
FFR: more than 1000 - 4000 combos

Basically nekodancer trained me to be more accurate on slower notes lol.
